Happy New Year!
Amazing that January has already come and gone.
We have had an amazing month spent hanging out with great friends, relaxing some, working some, and eating way too much!
We rang in the New Year playing a fun D&D adventure, lead by our friend Andrew. Almost lost two characters! But alas -we triumphed.
We’ve had some beautiful sunsets, enjoyed our fire pit and BBQ and got an amazing Aurora - still couldn’t really see it with the naked eye. But Eric got some nice shots.
The flowers have continued to bloomed and have fought valiantly against the wild winds.
We also enjoyed a group gathering to watch the final episode of Stranger Things. Lots of discussions and various views, but we really loved it and are happy with the conclusion.
Watched several other shows and films as well. I recently enjoyed a girls night out to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Labyrinth on the big screen. So much fun!
And we sadly enjoyed our last chocolate cake at The Chocolate Fish the day before it closed.

I loved your post! You two are such excellent photographers! Your year is certainly getting off to a great start. Do you know why a camera can capture an aurora so much better than the eye? I remember Sue saying that happened on her Norway trip too. Lots of love to you both😀🙏
